Performance Management

The PYPP maintains a robust performance management system that helps to manage and account for PYP performance in the workplace. The following mechanisms help to ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner:

  • Monthly Progress Report by PYP detailing accomplishments, challenges, goals, and opportunities
  • Monthly one-on-one meeting with Program Director and PYP to discuss progress and any challenges the PYP is facing
  • Monthly timesheet detailing hours worked; completed by PYP and approved by supervisor
  • Quarterly  meeting with Program Director and PYP mentors and supervisors
  • Quarterly self-evaluation by PYP
  • One-on-one meetings with Program Director as needed to address any adhoc issues or opportunities
